Haislop v. Edgell

Appellants challenge the states active, public disclosure of personal information and the lifetime registration requirements applied to them under the West Virginia Sex Offender Registration Act, W. Va. Code 15-12-1 et seq. They seek reversal of the lower courts order denying their request for injunctive relief. For the reasons stated, we affirm the order of the lower court.
