Half Way

Sherise never thought she'd get caught dealing, but when she did she knew she was in for a world of hurt. She'd never been to jail before, but she's strong and knows she'll survive.

But the judge doesn't send her to jail. He has something different in mind – a halfway house set on a farm. Instead of bars, there are barns, and animals, and work to be done.

It's worse than prison. That is, until Sherise meets Miller, the white man who owns the farm.
