Blessings delayed not blessings denied
This was a very encouraging book; I have walked in doubt and self pity for years wishing and hoping for my prayers to be answered and being saddened or angered when they were not. Waiting on and trusting God is the foundation of my faith, I can do nothing without Him. This book reminded me that God's timing is not ours and we must take our burdens, heartaches and desires to the throne and leave them there. I am so glad to be a child of God, a Christian and member of the Church of Christ!!! As Hannah emptied herself before the Lord, I pledge to do the same.
