Hanson v. Triangle Publications Inc‪.‬

This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment and decree for the plaintiff permanently enjoining defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, privies, successors and assigns, from using the word "General" or any name identical with or similar to or in imitation thereof in their official titles and in the conduct of their businesses in the City of St. Louis and in the state of Missouri. And the parties are engaged in the loan business in Missouri, and the judgment is predicated upon a finding of unfair competition in the defendants use of the word "General" in their corporate names.
