Explains the ego well...
I am 41 years old and always had trouble understanding ego and how it affected me. This book does a wonderful job of explaining the difference between ego and the ‘unconditioned self.” This nook is a game changer for me. I learned that how I was going about finding happiness was actually bringing me more sorrow. I was able to immediately change my focus and let go of some fears that were propelling me in the wrong direction. Bravo!
