Golems are after Janie Wilmott. She has no idea who wants her dead. But she is determined to find out. And put an end to them. All she wants is a normal life. A member of which hired the Black witch who sent the golems after her. Janie discovers a new enemy with the power to harm her, her Café Tribal friends and her squad of buds at the university. With the help of her familiar Abner the black bat, Janie sets out to make her life simpler. And her new romance safer. But destiny has other plans for her.
