This was my first book by this author. There was a lot of intrigue with kidnappings, and Clara and Gracie being in the mix. Wayne knows in his gut there is a serial killer in their small suburb. He is falling for Clara while trying to locate two missing girls and hold down his day job. Notus MC has been helping search for the missing for 22 years after loosing someone close to them who was murdered. Her killer was never found. Clara and her twin have every intention of hiring Notus to find their mother’s killer, they had only recently discovered she was killed when they were 5. But things go awry when Clara and Wayne begin to fall for one another. Overall an enjoyable read.
