Great Book
I really enjoyed reading this book. It was not only intriguing to learn about the Norman Conquest over England, it was fascinating to see such a strong young man who refuses to give his loyalty to an intruder that destroyed the world he knew and the king he loved. This book is masterfully written with wonderful additive information and pictures.

Great story about William the Conqueror
One of the few books for teens by noted British author Hilda Lewis. This book really brings to life the turbulent times around King Harold's death and the arrival of William the Conqueror. A great read made even more fun with lots of pop up facts and illustrations.
