This is the Junior Ranger booklet for Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, West Virginia


Harper’s Ferry NHS tells the story of industrial development at the town, a civil rights uprising, and is African American accomplishments.  It is also coincident with the Appalachian Trail, C&O Canal, and Potomac Heritage Trail.  


Present this completed booklet to a National Park Ranger in lower town Visitor Center Park to receive the park’s Junior Ranger badge.  The activities in this book are recommended for all ages.
