Defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying defendants motion for a directed verdict at the close of the States evidence. Defendant argues that since the rifle was found unloaded and missing a firing pin, the State failed to prove the rifle allegedly used in the commission of the robbery was a firearm. We hold that defendants evidence did not preclude the finding that defendant perpetrated a robbery with a firearm.
