Harvey Williams v. State Florida

Appellant, Harvey Williams, jointly with co-defendants Warren Thornton, George D. Anthony and Nimrod Grace, was charged with attempted robbery on 19 August 1966. They were tried in the Court of Record for Broward County, Florida, Found guilty by jury verdict and sentenced to five years at hard labor. The appellants post-trial motion for a new trial was denied.
