Fun, light read!
This was a great book. The characters were well developed and their interactions were hilarious. The relationship between Naomi and Anne is the definition of best friends. It took me longer than I care to admit to discover the “twist”. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Expected, yet unexpected
The novel has the typical enemies to lovers / mistaken identity tropes, yet is a completely fresh take. Getting to know the main characters as individuals through their very odd exchange of pen pal letters over the course of 20 or so years and the situations that drove them to write what the did, all while the heroine tries to track down the hero after two years of silence on his part is a first. There is only one component that isn’t true to life, but the author is forgiven for trying to prolong the point in which the hero’s identity is revealed. Throughly enjoyed this novel; hope the author has “a nasty hangnail that gets infected” (read the book to understand that reference)

I don’t know that I’ve ever read a book quite like this. Such a fun concept. Who would have thought you could fall in love with two such mean characters…but you will. Adorable
