Aloha! This sixth edition of the Hawaiian Cook Book features the cookery of Hawaiian food products. There are 435 recipes for dishes from Aawa to Ulaula, and more.


Because there are now so many reliable cookbooks containing full lists of recipes, these are obviously omitted here, and for the same reason some recipes from previous editions are eliminated.


The authors explore the "Ahaainaor", more commonly called a “Luau,” giving recipes and courses for the traditional Hawaiian feast. Many appealing ways of cooking fish are also described.
