ending?
Loved this series, but the ending wasn't a surprise. I saw it coming. Would've liked to know if Shia let Trent come back home though. Overall great book!
Disappointing Ending
I felt as if the last book was rushed. There were a lot of holes and jumping around. It was hard to stay focused on one story. The characters behavior also wasn’t consistent. The part I really found annoying was how Trent kept his daughter from his wife and not take her straight there or how weak, indecisive and sorry his character was made to be. This book felt like a show series that was ending and they had no other way to go with the story. From the other books I was expecting more.
Sigh..
This book was good but left too much detail out.. The author never discussed how the foster mother died.... I'm lost looking for a proper ending.. What happened to Trent?! I guess phylicia is dead. I mean who knows. Poorly mediocre. Hope it's a part four but it may be as lackluster as this one....
