Excellent!

A month after meeting an amazing man, it became obvious that he was dealing with alcohol & benzodiazepine addiction. I wasn't sure how I felt about the situation and wanted to do as much research as possible before deciding whether I could maintain any type of relationship.

Reading this book was an eye opening experience & has given me a whole new perspective on what he is dealing with. I'm so excited about his commitment to sobriety and within the first few weeks, I'm beginning to recognize physiological changes mentioned in this book. It's given me hope and understanding for a bright future!
