Hands down the best sleep book

Dr. Weissbluth explains the science of sleep like no other. Forget everything that well-meaning family and friends, neighbors, coworkers, and so-called "sleep experts" on social media have told you about baby sleep. Most tips and tricks seem work for a while, until they don't.

Every chapter has a purpose and ends with a memorable takeaway for sleep deprived parents. The table of contents helps the reader quickly find a topic they need help with. There are entire sections for infants, toddlers, and older children. This book changed my life and has helped countless others. While some of the data and studies are older than the past few years, Weissbluth's information about sleep is timeless.

As Dr. Weissbluth says, "sleep is not logical, it's biological."
