Hearing God's Voice

God created you for intimacy as opposed to being religious.


Intimacy means hearing each other’s voice and sharing each other’s deep feeling and needs. It means relating emotionally and feeling one another’s emotions,


If you are one of God’s sheep then you have the ability to hear His Voice.  


Psalms 23:1 says, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”


John 10:3-5 says, “To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”

God takes pleasure in being intimate with us and He wants us to also experience that pleasure.
