Heart Burned

My name is Emma Goodwin. Ten years ago, my father, Randy Goodwin, and an unknown man held up an armored car and got away with almost five million dollars. Well, someone got away with five million dollars, it just wasn't my dad. The sad thing is, right after the robbery, my dad died and the unknown man disappeared. And so did the money. Ten years later, I'm still trying to prove my family innocent of keeping the money from the heist. That's why I broke into this rich man's house in the middle of the night. Because I'm sure he's the unknown man. And I'm sure, somewhere in his house, is proof.

I'm Agent Grant Hammond of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Last night I caught Emma Goodwin sneaking out of a man's house with a wad of bank statements that I believe she stole. Unfortunately I can't prove she stole them. But I can't prove she didn't, either, so I'm hanging onto them until I know for sure.

The problem is, I didn't count on the crazy things she'd do to get them back.
