Well, when I started reading this book I thought I wouldn't finish reading it because of the animals talking in the book. As I continued I became more intrigued with the story and the way the writer showed the love between pet owners and their pets. I really loved the story line with Abby, Cara and Holden and the pets and could not put the book down as the story progressed. A very differently written novel but so unique and so delightful to read. Will definitely read more by this author.
