The plaintiff purchased the engagement ring. ""3. The ring was given to defendant as an engagement ring in contemplation of marriage between the parties. ""4. The plaintiff is the party who ended the relationship. ""5. Neither party stipulates to whose fault caused the relationship to terminate.
