Delicious

I bought this book way back in December,15,2019 it is a really good book the recipes are delicious and fun to make&bake and eat raw eating raw cookie dough is delicious But I bought a heat treated flour from a different company so I can’t say when i baked the cookies come out hard like a hocky puck and not baked all the way but was still somewhat eatable But it was because I bought the heat treated flour from a different company and not from CookieDO company other than that I’m sure it will bake perfect cookies next time with CookieDO heat treated flour.

Cookie Dough

If you’re planning on cooking the DŌ... DON’T! The dough tastes good (what dough doesn’t) but when it is baked, the cookies turn out terrible. Over cooked on the bottom and under cooked on top. Maybe my oven temperature is off but my personal recipe always turned out looking and tasting good. These had puddles of melted butter on to. Horrible!!!
