Publisher Description
My displeasure with the name "Karen" started when I was a kid. Here's a short book in which I consider different names for each letter of the alphabet, A to Z. For each new name, I envision a new identity.

A Lighthearted and Cute Read
I love how short and sweet this book was, while showing and displaying different names, cultures, and stories. Karen does a great job at showcasing those around her, while honoring their stories as well. I love that we get to learn a lot about the author through her friends, and have a nice laugh and smile through the process. It’s a really nice change in pace for reading, and a book you’ll enjoy. Would recommend!
Fun short introspective read
We name our babies, they become self aware with that given name. Heroes have names that we associate with greatness.
I love how Karen is able to get us to think introspectively, laugh at ourselves and provide an important social commentary. She has the ability to break down complex ideas and bring them to us in language. Brilliantly designed and executed short story.
A window into so many interesting lives!
I loved reading this book. I felt I was on this train journey and each name in the book was that of a station. Each station was unique in some way just like the characters Karen has introduced. My train didn’t stop at any station but I was still able to get a glimpse into unique worlds, as the train sped on its way. When I look back on my trip, while I don’t recall the exact details for each station, I feel good about my trip and I would love to make this journey again, may be taking some time to get off at stations I liked to explore further.
