Hellspawn

A high fantasy series taking place in an imaginary continent dubbed Onavyia where society has developed to a "medieval level" with various prominent opposing noble families that rule over vast areas in separate kingdoms plagued by internal and external conflicts, political intrigue, maneuvering and power struggle and supernatural elements and races like elves and the existence of magic. In this volatile environment various characters struggle to attain very different and often conflicting goals. Ancient prophecies, long buried beneath the dust of forgotten temples and forbidden tomes, resurface as whispers on the wind, hinting at an age-old force destined to awaken and reshape the balance of power. Kingdoms that once coexisted under uneasy alliances now teeter on the brink of war, their rulers driven by greed, vengeance, and the fear of losing their tenuous grip on power.

In the ancient, untamed land of Onavyia, Little One and his mysterious four legged partner of body and mind, Shadow, embark on a journey unlike any other. Bound by a bond they can neither escape nor fully understand, together they look for answers as they unknowingly are drawn into a web of secrets, alliances, lies, betrayals and the machinations of elves and men. From the perilous green wilderness, of the Green Hell, to the very seats of power where every shadow holds a secret, and every step is a balance between life and destruction. Little One, though seemingly ordinary, possesses a strength and resilience far beyond his looks, but it's his bond with Shadow-a fierce and intelligent magical beast-that sets him apart.
