Henry Martinez Porter v. State Texas

Appellant contends that the trial court erred in permitting, over objection, at the punishment phase of the trial, the introduction of letters, reports, and documents from a federal parole officers file pertaining to appellants supervision and progress while on federal parole. We agree and reverse the judgment.
