Struck by a drunk driver, Hephzibah journeyed heavenward meeting her beloved Jesus, only to be told that she must return to earth. Two divine appointments awaited her -- one would be a blessing to her and the second a much-needed blessing to others.

In an unexplainable comatose state, floating between her present and her past, suspended between past wounds and future promises, accompany Hephzibah as she relives her traumatic childhood of abandonment, grief, and loss.

Confused and somewhat overwhelmed with her current situation, Hephzibah ponders Jesus' words regarding the divine appointments He has orchestrated for her. As her throughts ramble, she wonders who is the young EMT that visits her daily. A familiar stranger? And why does he bring the children? And what is the secrete that ties them all together?
