A Delightful Christmas Novella!
Another delightful Christmas novella by the esteemed Ms. Campbell! Philippa, a woman thought to be plain and “on the shelf,” and Blair, a roguish earl who’s been known for his “playing the field” (of females), find themselves in a predicament at this Christmas house party when Philippa is caught in the earl’s rooms attempting to find a letter that her silly sister wrote to the earl earlier, and the earl returns to his rooms and catches her in the clandestine act. A lively courtship between them ensues, the earl finding himself entranced with Philippa and Philippa trying to convince the earl she is not “his kind.” Of course, there is love and of course there is a happy ever after!
