Her Empire
Antonia was forced to be strong, powerful, precise, deadly and ruthless. The things she had to go through at such a young age was heartbreaking. She finally gets the revenge she has been looking to take after years of suffering. Vitaly is a skilled hitman and was sent to kill Antonia. He was lied to, manipulated and betrayed. He goes against everything he believes in to finally be free. This was well written, intriguing and draws you in from the first page to the very last.
Very compelling story
I love reading books by E.M. Shue, she has an amazing ability to captivate an audience with her words and storytelling ability. This story is somewhat dark (as it has a mafia related storyline) but it really captured the raw emotions and mindset of those that have been abused and conditioned by their environment and upbringing. The characters and story are well developed and draw you into their world. **This story contains graphic scenarios of violence and sexual abuse so please read with caution.**

Anatonia and Vitaly are explosive together.I have been anxious for Anatonia’s story since His Kingdom. Anatonia is a complex puzzle. She is strong yet vulnerable. Vitaly sees more in her than he wants. These two struggle to reach their HEA. Lots of steam.
