To get the money, he sends Lucienne to Texas to buy a ranch from the Paxton family—unbeknownst to the Paxtons, it sits atop massive mineral reserves. If the title has cowboy in it,I’m going to read it.
I love cowboys! And they are such a rare breed and the Paxton clan made me miss mine so I had to read it. It was an easy fun read. Brought back so many good memories for me. Even if it was fiction

Palpable chemistry
Pam Crooks’ second story in the Blackstone Ranch series, Her Texas Cowboy, is one filled with honorable men, and women, who are have unmeasurable compassion, belief and trust in others. Laced throughout is the concept of overcoming the obstacles others with loathsome intentions place on the innocent...just to deflect from their own misdoings.
The chemistry between Brock and Lucienne is palpable...witnessing their journey, though rife with obstacles, is rewarding and makes the story move at a rapid pace. I’m definitely looking forward to the next installment in the series.
