A Fantastic Book for Children and Adults Alike
This is a fantastic, engaging book for children and adults alike! When I first heard what (I thought) it was about, I was skeptical because all of our younger children are boys. I wasn’t sure if they would enjoy a teatime book. However, I was pleasantly surprised. There is so much adventure, a great balance of activities, and some wonderful rhymes. My 3 year old asked to read it again and again, which I loved. I loved that he heard about dreaming big, about not giving up, that he’s special – just because, that he can do the hard things. As an adoptive dad, I want these little kids to know that their history and trauma cannot and should not be able to dictate the heights they can reach. Thank you, Dave Hollis, for giving our family a fun, helpful, and positive tool to use with our children. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to you!
