Die for you
OMGOSH!! I am absolutely spent after reading this. The emotions that Amelia pulled out of me was all over. This book took me on one up, down and all over ride. Hercules and Daisy’s story had all the feels. These two were born for each other. The twists and turns left me gasping and I just couldn’t put this down. I needed to know what would happen next. I laughed, I cried, and cried some more. Hercules has a lot of guilt inside him. He lost his mom and best friend and he feels like he could’ve done something to save them. Daisy has a secret she is keeping from her family and moved to the other side of the country to keep that secret from her family. Amelia did such a great job with these two. Can Hercules save Daisy from everything that is after her? He is willing to do absolutely everything and anything to save her. There is suspense, action, angst, secrets, truths, revelations, and sone hot as h*ll scenes. I loved getting to see Hades, Zeus and Poseidon. These three made me laugh. They just have that kind of effect when they are together. Don’t pass up on Daisy and Hercules. Just make sure to have sone tissue nearby. Can’t wait for Apollo and Artemis.
Not for me
Super emotional & weirdly confusing for no reason? Maybe later you get to understand why? Hard to follow and understand what is going on and than quickly to the sex parts that feel almost just as weird. These are based off Greek gods whom seem more like mortal adolescence. I stopped reading soon after sex parts started. Lost me.
Addictive
Amelia Wilde has done it again with another brilliantly written story. A perfect retelling of Greek mythology . From page one, I was hooked on Daisy and Hercules' story. Daisy is the daughter of Hades and Persephone... Hercules the son of Zeus and Bridget. The story was well written and totally addictive and unputdownable. I enjoyed the ups and downs and the family dynamic. If you are fan of Greek mythology then don’t miss this book .
