Sully and Pippa have a great story
I was looking forward to the story for these two. Pippa was injured awhile back and her sister along with high meadow rescue team were able to save her. Pippa is trying to start a new life but it isn't easy as that. She can’t work in the states yet as she is Canadian. Sully has an attraction for Pippa but after one night together he hasn’t pursued anything, which doesn’t put him in a great light with Pippa. These two are both independent people and watching them try and be themselves but also be open for the other was interesting. It made them seem more real. I enjoyed watching them work to make a relationship work for both of them without loosing themselves. Another great read and addition to this series.
Solid Read
Pippa has survived the trauma and has decided to stay in town where her sister has settled and open an auto shop. Sully is one of the High Mountain Trackers, has been attracted to her since he helped rescue her. He tried to maintain his distance but after spending a night with her, he ghosted her, leaving Pippa hurting.
As much as he try to stay away, she finds she is pregnant and he's going to be a daddy. The book is well paced, has interesting characters, sizzle, steam, action, drama, and a few twists and turns. Well written, compelling storyline, a solid 4 star read.

High ground
Sully almost seems to keep too tight of control of himself to me, but I loved that Pippa was able to shake his control a bit. As down on her luck as she may be, she still need someone in her life, and also some help to keep her safe. Can Sully and his friends do that though? Their team is fantastic, and a really fun one to read about in this series. I could see throughout the book that Sully and Pippa might have a shot at a future together (despite the slightly rocky start), but could it be a love that will last?.
