Accuracy Questioned

This book appears to be a well-intentioned attempt to present the reader with information about the physics of the high jump with the assumption that this information will help improve performance. The author clearly states AI was used in writing the book. Unfortunately, the author failed to completely fact-check the information. For example, the book states that both the long jump and the pole vault use a curved approach run-up (they both use a straight-line approach). When I read this, I questioned the reliability of the information being presented and lost interest.
