Great book but not engaging
I learned a lot from this book but i struggled to read it, its written in a matter of fact way that distills the content really efficiently but that makes it really hard to enjoy reading. However would recommend it to everyone just pick the right time to read it and take lots of notes.
Managerial Gold
This is a must read for every leader and manager. I will be returning to it for guidance constantly.
