After reading the first 7 books in Hilda's series, I can honestly say I will start paying for all future titles. Sure the are parts that feel forced, unnatural, if a story about magic could be called natural that is.

This particular story was odd, in that it started out in one direction then continued in a completely different one. This alone made guessing the entire plot line difficult. But once our main characters arrived at the school, i felt i was reading harry potter on a serious budget. Only allowing for several students, where the student teacher ratio appeared to be 1:1.

But i kept finding myself looking forward to reading this lovely story non the less.
