A lovely read
Four and a half stars
HIRED FOR THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECRET SON by Joss Wood is a delicious story set in Denmark. Luxury sailing vessel designer Bo Sorenson finds his orderly life tossed on its head with the appearance of a nine-month-old son he didn’t know about. Olivia Cooper is an excellent nanny to the rich and famous, and is willing to take one last short-term position before she joins the family accountancy company. It’s a match made in heaven, and not only because of their professional connection.
Joss Wood writes Bo and Ollie’s attraction and burgeoning feelings well, and she deftly brings to life their passion and the heart of their conflict. Bo’s painful childhood and coolly distant relationship with his parents have shaped him and his view on connecting with people, while a tragic loss has made Ollie reluctant to share her heart again. A lovely read.
