Steel and Mia
I had high hopes for this book and wanted Steel to redeem himself but it didn’t happen. He was such a jerk to Mia in the previous books and when he finally woke up and saw what was right in front of him, it didn’t seem all that genuine. I get he lost his leg and had issues from that but it gives him no reason to be mean and rub Mia’s sister in her face. Mia was such a pushover, I wanted to reach in the book and demand she get a backbone. Every time Steel messed up, all he had to do was say “I love you” These two seemed forced and if I was Mia, I would feel like a second choice. I hope the next book has a strong heroine and a hero knows what he wants.
