Twenty years ago, I was too smart and too poor to be cool. Now I’m laughing my way to the bank—the bank I’m CEO of. Nothing can touch me.
Except maybe him.
We met at summer camp. We made out under the stars. Then he stabbed me in the back.
They say revenge is a dish best served cold. But I’m gonna go with hot.

Good quick read
Alex and Cary met at camp when they were in their teens. They were falling for each other but due to bullying by other campers, Cary denies any attraction to Alex.
Alex was shaped by one experience in his teens. He is now one of the most successful people in the world. He has seen Cary several times over the years but keeps him at a distance and never engages with him.
Cary was also changed that summer with Alex. He now is starting his own business and competing with Alex for the same clients. Cary has regretted the way things went at camp for 20 years and wants to make amends, if only Alex would listen.
I love second chance romance and the turn around of enemies to lovers stories. This book was a good quick read.
