Hoffman v. Connall

James and Verna Hoffman, husband and wife, appeal the dismissal of their claims against Bryan G. and Connie J. Connall, their real estate broker, Charles Huggins, and Cardinal Realty, Inc., for their alleged innocent misrepresentation of the boundaries of rural property they purchased from the Connalls.
