Great Resource for First Time Investors!
I'm a Realtor that teaches people how to purchase homes for investment purposes. I've been looking for a good text book to give out to my students at the class my lender and I teach. This will be that book! Very good resource to walk you through beginning to end! I ordered 10 paper copies after reading the first three chapters. Cannot wait until they arrive!
