This book is about myself, my journey of pain, hope, self-discovery and spirituality.  Througout my life I have encountered a myriad of challenges, ranging from childhood trauma to physical disabilities.  Nevertheless, I have persistantly fought to adapt and rise above these obsticals.  The journey to acquire the wisdom I possess today has been a long and transformative one.  At the conclusion of this story, I will share my insights with you, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with greater strength and resilience.
