Hold Tight: Maxwell Miller’s Book of Dreams is a children’s picture book written and illustrated by Luke Saliba. It describes the inner world of Maxwell, a cheerful kid with a dreamer’s mind. Via catchy rhymes and fun pictures, we see the world through his eyes. There is nothing he cannot do, nowhere he cannot reach using the power of his imagination; and with that knowledge, Maxwell conjures up flying buses and raining snacks, fantastical superpowers and epic battles. And throughout the fun and happiness, the book takes care to remind us that we, too, should be like little Maxwell, and invites us to join in on dreaming big.
