What a wonderfully sexy short story. Brooke hasn’t seen Heath in years and suddenly he’s home for Christmas. He broke her heart when he went off to college but what she didn’t know was that Heath had a plan. The real game is whether Heath can win her heart again. He will definitely have fun trying.

Heath left his high school girlfriend Brooke years ago, with nothing but memories and a broken heart. Memories fade and heart's heal, eventually, as long as you are able to move on. Easier said than done. Well, now the jerk is back, acting as if he never left, never caused Brooke an ounce of pain. This guy! How dare he return home! If he can act, so can she. What broken heart?
In all fairness, Heath left for school, but Brooke felt she'd been abandoned and she wasn't about to let down her defenses just so he could slip past. She's never been able to replace Heath and he's quickly slipping back into her heart. Will she fall into his trap once more? Heath wants nothing more than to be with Brooke, but others don't approve. Brooke is weary of him. Even if Brooke wanted to reunite with Heath, how could she possibly trust him again? Heath will have to man up and prove her wrong.
