Homelessness in Eastern Poland

This short book summarizes empirical sociological research on homelessness, conducted in eastern part of Poland, in 2010. Although territorially limited to one province, the results probably can be generalized to the whole country, because life situation of homeless in Poland is very similar regardless of the region. The research technique was a direct face-to-face interview conducted on the basis of a standardized interview questionnaire. The sample consisted of 500 homeless people, who were interviewed in four Polish cities.
