This book is the diary of an Italian shaman practicing and teaching in Denmark for 30 years, and travelling all over the world, finding teachers in all kinds of people and all types of experiences. 


It tells of Power, Prana, fear of Death, dogmatism, sorrow, will, Body, the Altar, the Circle, breathing, pauses, sex, Love, fear. All definitions describing the boundaries of existence as well as the way of interaction that we call LIFE.
