Honor’s Splendour
A 1987 novel, I was tempted to be annoyed with the autocratic hero; but the heroine was sooo strong and sassy, she made up for his attitude. The fight scenes were well described without being overly distressing. The funny scenes had me laughing and wiping at tears. A thoroughly enjoyable read.
I enjoyed this story
This story rings true for the time and place this story was set in. The heroine of the story was brave and insecure which added to her character. The hero was a man honor.
