Personal Opinions Presented as Facts
Despite the lack of inclusiveness in the ideas presented by this book, the blatant sexism and archaic gender roles were the things that really made this book awful. It’s marketed as a parenting book, but no parent should take this advice regarding their child’s sexual health, as it literally has a warning against letting your daughter hug men if you don’t want her to develop romantic feelings towards them. Not to mention the misrepresentation and use of mental illness. If i could have given this book zero stars, I would have.
