Disappointed
The book was disparaging to people from the South. I know a goodly number of kind, godly, well-educated people who live therre, who would do anything to help someone in need. And few people actually live in swamps. Thete are sophisticated cities and friendly small towns, not to mention many farmers who feed much of America. I used to love Bylet’s writing but this is likely my last book of hers.
