Horace R. Freeman v. Henry Matson and

Action for wrongful death in the district court for Hennepin county by the special administrator of the estate of William
D. Fletcher, who was fatally injured in a collision between his auto and one owned by defendant Henry Matson and driven by
the defendant Hall M. Matson. The case was tried before Frank E. Reed, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $10,000 returned
