Short but Hot Prequel
Very short prequel for Julie Ann Walker's new series. As a fan of her other books, and after reading this prequel, I can't wait to read the next book! Very hot and steamy and definitely 18+.
Michael and his team of Navy Seals had been protecting the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan due to threats. Harper is the Secretary to the Ambassador. While there, Michael and Harper get involved after an Embassy party. He and his team leave for another mission and just as they are coming back the embassy is attacked. Harper manages to get a call out to Michael as she flees to the panic room.
Harper vowed never to get involved with a man in the military. Will Michael change her mind about them having a future together? This prequel is a great introduction to the characters in the Deep Six series.
