Fun inquisitive read
Pepper and Mr. Woogles wanted to discover why people were acting strange when they realized she purchased THAT house. She did research on the place and spoke to her neighbor about a very distant relative. Mr. Woogles had been digging at one tree in the back yard since day one. He must have known something was up. The mystery is solved and her house is at rest.
Hang On To Your Dreams
Pepper, an attorney (and wannabe professional singer), and her beagle, Mr Woogles, leave New York City and return to her small home town in Connecticut to set up in private practice. A shady lawyer, an old love, dear friends, a slightly meddlesome mother, a new friend, a possible haunted house and perhaps the ghost of a woman hanged for witchcraft more than 300 years ago welcome her to her newly purchased home! There’s a lot of excitement packed into this short novel! I enjoyed each word and have already lined up the author’s next book on my reading schedule!
